The Committed Acappella Chorus is a spirited group of Christian singers hailing from the Southside Church of Christ in the heart of Rogersville, AL. It is here that the late Bro. Freeman Malone, Jr. and Bro. John Malone, Sr. serve as revered ministers, providing guidance and inspiration to the congregation they lovingly call home.

Originally known as the Southside Acappella Chorus, the group underwent a transformative journey in 2000 when they released their debut album, aptly titled "Committed." From that moment forward, they embraced the name with a profound sense of purpose, aligning their hearts and voices to the Lord's divine calling.

Blessed with a worldwide ministry, their mission rests upon the solid foundation of God's word. As Colossians 3:16 illuminates, they let "the word of Christ dwell in [them] richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in [their] hearts to the Lord." It is this sacred verse that fuels their desire to spread God's message through the ethereal medium of music.
